Masculine Frame Training (MFT) is a trans-specific framework designed for FTM trans men who want to build a stronger, more traditionally masculine physique — with the confidence and presence to match.

This is not generic fitness advice.

MFT is dysphoria-aware training that recognises how trans bodies change, how confidence is developed, and how masculinity is embodied over time through structure, movement, and intent.

The method is taught across three progressive tiers, each designed to meet clients at different stages of readiness and support their physical and personal development accordingly.

Tier 1 — MFT: Frame Foundations

 

Build the body first.

This is the entry point into the MFT Method, focused on building a strong, masculine frame before anything else.

Step 1: Start with the free MFT Guide to understand the method and begin training with intention.

Step 2: Progress to the MFT ebook, which includes a structured 12-week training programme focused solely on building a masculine frame through dysphoria-aware, upper-body-focused training.

This tier establishes the physical foundation that everything else in the MFT Method is built on.

Tier 2 — MFT: Embodied Frame​

 

Build it. Then embody it.

This is the natural progression from Tier 1, where training evolves from building muscle to fully embodying your masculine frame.

Once you’ve learned how to train with intent as a trans man, Tier 2 deepens your understanding of the MFT Method.

 

Alongside continued physique development, you’ll learn how posture, movement, and presence shape how your strength shows up in everyday life.

This tier bridges the gap between working out and carrying yourself with confidence — in how you stand, move, and take up space.

Best for: Clients who want their strength and size to translate into posture, stance, and confident movement.
