My Story

Now, I help busy women do the same. I guide my clients to fit effective workouts and realistic nutrition strategies into their packed schedules, so they can achieve their fitness goals without sacrificing their careers, family time, or life they love.

Hi, I’m Zane, a Fitness and Nutrition Coach. Before this, I worked in the Film and Television industry, where 12-hour days on set, five to six days a week, were the norm. The schedule was intense, but staying fit and healthy was always a priority for me.

I learned early on that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to see results. On days I couldn’t make it to the gym, I’d fit in a focused 15-minute home workout. It was about consistency, not perfection.​Nutrition on set was another challenge—meals were provided, and healthy options weren’t always easy to find. I learned to make smarter choices, prep meals ahead of time, and still enjoy the foods I love. Fitness doesn’t have to mean giving up the foods that bring you joy—it’s about balance and smart decisions.​
