Hi, I’m Zane — a trans man, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. I went from feeling disconnected from my body to building strength, confidence, and freedom through fitness.
Transition isn’t linear, and for me, training became more than just physical change. It was a way to navigate dysphoria, build self-trust, and finally recognise myself in the mirror. From that experience, I created the MFT Method (Masculine Frame Training) — a dysphoria-aware, trans-specific approach to building a masculine physique, presence, and mindset.
Today, I help trans men train with intention, build structure, and embody confidence — without medicalising their bodies or forcing masculinity.

Mission
As the creator and coach behind the MFT Method (Masculine Frame Training), my role is to guide you through physical and internal change — whether you’re a trans man building a masculine frame and presence, or a woman learning to feel strong, confident, and at home in your body.
My mission is to support trans men first and foremost, while also coaching women and LGBTQ+ clients to build strength, confidence, and self-trust through intentional training. This work is about more than aesthetics — it’s about safety, autonomy, and feeling grounded in your body through every stage of change.
I’m not just a fitness coach — I’m your biggest hype man and your steady guide. I’ll hold belief in your potential until you’re able to fully claim it yourself. Together, we don’t just change bodies; we reshape mindset, confidence, and how you move through the world.
My mantra is simple: fake it until it’s no longer fake. Because what you tell yourself matters — and we’re done operating from limitation.

How we work
Check-ins:
You’ll complete a check-in form weekly or bi-weekly (we’ll agree together).
This helps me track your progress and make adjustments.
Communication: Message me Mon–Fri. I respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).
