Hi, I'm Zane — a trans man, personal trainer, and nutrition coach who went from feeling invisible and uncertain in my own body… to building strength, confidence, and freedom through fitness. When I first started my journey, I had no idea how much fitness would shape not just my body, but my confidence, my mindset, and the way I saw myself in the mirror. Transitioning is not a straight path—it’s filled with highs, lows, challenges, and incredible breakthroughs. For me, health and fitness became one of the most powerful tools I had in navigating that path

Mission

I’m here to guide you — whether you’re preparing for fertility, navigating body changes, building strength, or stepping into the next-level version of yourself.

My mission is to help women, trans men, and LGBTQ+ clients feel strong, safe, and confident in their bodies. You deserve to feel powerful, free, and fully YOU.

I’m not just a fitness coach — I’m your biggest hype man. I’ll believe in your potential so fiercely that you’ll start to believe it too. Together, we’ll create change not only in your body, but in your mindset, your confidence, and your life.

Here’s my mantra: fake it until it’s no longer fake. Because what you tell yourself matters — and we’re done with limiting beliefs.

How we work

Check-ins:

You’ll complete a check-in form weekly or bi-weekly (we’ll agree together).

This helps me track your progress and make adjustments.

Communication: Message me Mon–Fri. I respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).

We’ll track:

● Nutrition

● Photos and weight(confidential)

● Strength improvements

● Energy, mood & mindset

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in Personal Training & Nutrition

Level 2 fitness instructor
